Out of stock and Backorders
Domestic orders: If we are out of stock on an item you ordered we will put it on “backorder” status. In most cases the available items will be shipped and the items on backorder will ship as soon as they arrive – we cover shipping cost on backordered items.
International orders: We do not “backorder” items on international orders. We will contact you first for substitute options. If no options are accepted then we will ship the available items and cancel the out-of-stock items.

Guaranteed Low Price
We try our best to make sure we have the best prices available for our customers by comparing competitor's prices throughout the industry. If you find a lower price advertised in another published (or online) catalog we will do our best to match or beat those prices. However, in some cases, we may not be able to match a special sale price or closeout sale price seen on some items.

Payment on Orders
Credit Card Payment: Customers can use major credit cards to purchase any and all items. We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. You can use a Discover card on phone orders (not accepted through our website). You may use credit cards with online purchases, phone orders, and faxed orders. The order will be shipped to the billing address of the credit card and the authorized cardholder only.
NBL Bucks and ABA Saver Stamps: We accept NBL Bucks and ABA Saver Stamps to better serve our customers. You can use current NBL Bucks and ABA Saver Stamps along with other sources of payment for your purchase. Mail in NBL Bucks and ABA Saver Stamps with order or order number and merchandise will be sent after full payment is received.

Checks and C.O.D.:
We no longer accept checks or C.O.D. as payment

Product Returns
If you are not happy with the product you ordered you may return it for a credit or replacement, less the price of the original shipping charges. To return an item you must call for a return authorization before shipping. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and in its original condition and packaging to receive full credit. Some items such as, custom built orders, installed parts, videos, and complete bicycles, are not returnable. Management has the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return requirements.

Disclaimer
We have spent a year on developing our web site and online store and continue to make updated changes and corrections as we grow. As always, human mistakes can occur during the process and items listed on our online store or any printed advertisement may have incorrect information. We will do our best to assure a quality resource for information to products sold through J&R Bicycles but have the right to "screw up" from time to time. We apologize in advance for any mistakes.
