When shipping items using ground service the following time frames apply. All orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse. USPS Priority shipping normally takes 2-3 business days . Shipping times do not include weekends or holidays, business days only (Monday-Friday).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/HANDELING CHARGES
Usual shipping time is 3-7 business days. The customer is responsible
for any taxes or duties which may be accessed upon delivery or package.

Shipping Damages
If your order suffers damage during shipping let the driver know
immediately for insurance purposes. J&R Bicycles is not responsible
for loss or damaged goods do to shipping. You will need to show the
shipping box in the condition you received it as well as the shipping
label on the box.
Shipping Shortages and Screw Ups
If we ship you the wrong items or do not ship the order as stated on
your invoice we will do what it takes to correct the problem. Any
problems must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order. All
corrections will be shipped by UPS ground. Free of charge.
